Das liegt wohl auch daran, dass viele Russen zu Sowjetzeiten in diese reiche Region gezogen sind. Charkow selbst repr\u00e4sentiert dies sehr punktiert. Im Stadtzentrum befinden sich viele gro\u00dfe Stra\u00dfen mit den klassischen \u0084Stalinbauten\u0093. Aber auch das Gef\u00fchl scheint mehr russisch zu sein. So haben ein paar \u00e4ltere Leute mitten in einer Metrostation die Schachbretter herausgeholt und gespielt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/80874059@N08\/7418375254\/\" title=\"Schachclub\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm8.staticflickr.com\/7260\/7418375254_0c87caf031.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Charkow_03_Schachclub_klein\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>English<\/strong><br \/>\nThe East of Ukraine is more oriented to Russia then to Europe. The reason for that could be found in the fact that Russians are moved to that rich region during the Soviet times. Kharkiv is showing this very well. In the city centre you find big streets (prospects) with the classic Stalin buildings. Also the feeling seems to be more Russian.
